Client Challenge:

BJ's Wholesale Club was looking to refresh a fleet of stores to maximize customer engagement and re-vamp the customer experience through a clean, fresh look of the stores' interior design. 

The goal was to minimize the number of vendors touching stores and free up their project management teams to focus on other projects.

Service+ Solution:

We walked the stores with BJ's internal team to identify scope and provide cost saving solutions. Through our partnership, we developed a project timeline that included production of a new decor design.

To free up the project management team at BJ's, our Service+ team conducted a GC bidding event, reviewed bids, and sourced specified items for demo/paint/patch repair. We also managed contractors through project and closeout which included demo and installation of new decor graphics.
