Client Challenge:
Adidas wanted to implement a new design format in multiple stores. They needed a vendor to coordinate all FF&E, trade contractors, and owner's vendors as well as manage LL communication and access coordination.
Service+ Solution:
The program scope included perimeter millwork, floor fixtures, store front portal fabrication, and installation. The Service+ team conducted site surveys, managed trade contractors, and created a program schedule and budget.
