Bethany Fentress is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in the consumer environments industry, bringing a unique blend of operational expertise, customer advocacy, and strategic vision to her role as Director of Field Services at idX. Since joining idX in 2014, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the company's capabilities across project management, product development, global sourcing, RFID integration, logistics, and service delivery.

In her current role, Bethany leads field service operations with a focus on delivering exceptional execution, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across a wide range of retail, commercial, and consumer environment projects. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening partner relationships, and developing scalable solutions that drive efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.

Bethany holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, providing her with a strong foundation in both design principles and practical implementation. Her ability to connect strategic objectives with real-world execution enables her to successfully lead complex projects from concept through completion.
